You asked, we listened.
More scoring information: For years, people who were unsuccessful in their attempts at a Red Hat certification exam have asked for more information about what they missed. Effective January 2018, we began providing a breakdown by topic areas in our score reports for the RHCSA exam (EX200) and RHCE exam (EX300). The topic areas correspond to the exam objectives we provide on the web. And by June, exam results for all exams will provide this sort of information.
Certificates available online: We often hear that emailed certificates are "eaten" by mail filters, and we've received many requests over the years to have certificates re-sent when the original email can't be found. Instead of email, now you can get your certificates online. Log in to your redhat.com account (create one for free if you don't have one), link your certification ID to your account, and voila―you'll find all your certificates and badges.
If you have questions or concerns about certifications you have earned or exams you have taken, contact the certification team.
