2. Call the Red Hat Singapore Support Hotline at 800 6161 771 (24x7 and toll-free), and ask to speak with the manager on duty.
3. If needed, share the case number with TeamDBS@redhat.com to monitor and facilitate
When you want to escalate an issue:
1. On the opened case, click the "Request an escalation" button, or
2. Call the Red Hat Singapore Support Hotline at 800 6161 771 (24x7 and toll-free) and request an escalation
