RED HAT CONTENT SPEAKING SESSIONS

Monday, 9 February Session

Time: 10:30 - 11:15 CET

Title: Unlock the Potential of Event Driven Automation with Nexus Dashboard and Ansible [DEVNET-2593]

Abstract: Unlock the power of event-driven automation in your data center with the seamless integration of Cisco Nexus Dashboard and Ansible Rulebook to automatically resolve issues before their impact is detected. Discover how Nexus Dashboard can stream real-time alerts and events to Event-Driven Ansible, where intelligent filtering and automation rulebooks instantly transform data into actionable workflows- regardless of whether you deploy rulebooks in an AAP or in an open source environment. See how this solution enables you to automatically respond to critical changes, enforce network compliance, and resolve issues in your ACI and Nexus fabrics - without the need for manual intervention. This session demonstrates how to leverage Ansible playbooks and rulebooks to remediate faults, enforce intended configurations, and proactively manage resources as soon as events are detected. Experience how this agile automation approach not only accelerates response times but also strengthens network reliability and operational efficiency. Whether you’re a network engineer, automation architect, or data center operator, this session will equip you with the strategies and tools to drive next-generation automation in your data center.

Title: Ansible Automation Platform as the foundation: Enabling end-to-end automation, AI and security with Cisco and Red Hat

Abstract: This session focuses on Red Hat’s Ansible Automation Platform as the core, unifying force that integrates the extensive Cisco infrastructure portfolio (including ACI and UCS) with Red Hat OpenShift. We will demonstrate how Ansible enables true end-to-end automation, treating the entire hybrid cloud—from bare-metal to applications—as  infrastructure-as-code. Key topics include leveraging Ansible for massive scaling and provisioning, accelerating AI workloads by orchestrating MLOps pipelines within OpenShift AI, and implementing automated cybersecurity compliance through declarative Policy as Code. Discover how the simple, human-readable power of Ansible drastically reduces operational complexity and speeds up time-to-value.

Title: From AI Pods to AIOps: Mastering Enterprise AI Workloads in the Modern Data Centre [BRKCLD-2714]

Abstract: AI is driving cloud repatriation - not just for compliance and sovereignty, but to boost performance and to regain control. As an enterprise architect and IT platform team, it is now your responsibility to bring these AI workloads back to your own data centre, which can be a daunting task. To help you do this successfully, two Cisco AI solutions engineers will walk you through building and operating an AI private cloud platform - from designing, provisioning and configuring a cloud-native, multi-tenant, on-premises environment to hosting and orchestrating AI applications and agents at scale. This session blends live demos, behind-the-scenes architectures, and lessons learned using best of breed tools and stacks from Cisco and partners.

Whether you're a platform engineer, enterprise architect, or innovation lead, you’ll leave with:

  • A clear understanding of how AI applications and agents are managed throughout the entire lifecycle
  • Practical insights into how AIOps and AgenticOps enhance day 0 to day 2 operations
  • An in-depth look at how Cisco provides secure, validated and scalable full-stack AI systems

Basic knowledge of data centre designs and containerized applications is recommended. Technology solutions covered include Cisco AI Pods with Cisco compute and networking, NVIDIA GPUs, Red Hat OpenShift and OpenShift AI, as well as Isovalent and Splunk.

Speakers: Jara Osterfeld, Solutions Engineer, Cisco; Antonio Gallego Saez, Solutions  Engineer - Service Providers - EMEA, Cisco
