Monique is a global insurance executive with a deep passion and fascination for how technology and data can support insurers and their customers. She has held senior positions in Europe and the USA in companies such as Zurich, Chubb, CIGNA, Mutual of Omaha, as well as Accenture and Cloudera. Ms. Hesseling has chaired the global insurance data standards body ACORD for many years, and supports starting insurtechs as a board member or advisor. Monique resides in the Philadelphia area in the USA with her husband and enjoys traveling to visit her adult children, sailing, doing long distance walks and supporting the local sport teams.
