With over two decades of IT leadership, Petra Vařeková serves as Senior Manager in the Training Support and Community organization at Red Hat. Since 2019, she has leveraged her deep roots in global support to transform how Red Hat delivers learning services. Petra currently oversees the Global Proctoring team, where she recently led the successful rollout of AI-driven identity verification to enhance the candidate experience.
Petra’s mission is simple: to protect the integrity of Red Hat certifications while championing the learner. She is a dedicated advocate for operational excellence and is passionate about creating accessible, frictionless paths for professionals worldwide to validate their skills.
