Sandra Arps is the Head of the Open Innovation Labs & AI/ML Practice at Red Hat. In this role, she helps customers recognize the need for innovation in business transformation, product development, cultural transformation or simply helping set up high performing teams in diverse markets like Australia, India, Indonesia, Japan, China and Korea.
Arps brings more than 25 years of technology and consulting experience to Red Hat. She has worked in various industries in the past inlcuding construction, IT, FSI and government, and in varying capacities. Prior to joining Red Hat, Sandra held consulting roles at Suncorp Insurance, Macquarie Bank, IBM, Rational Software in Europe and in Asia. She also founded an entrepreneurial venture in Australia, which focused on portfolio management, agile coaching and agile transformation.
