Pinnacle Award
Deloitte Consulting LLP, for its outstanding performance and impactful contributions in delivering value for federal, state and local government clients. Deloitte Consulting LLP has developed and delivered solutions utilizing Red Hat technology; built a delivery practice with Red Hat-certified technologists to adopt new Red Hat technologies such as Red Hat Developer Hub; and developed a standard software delivery framework that is powered by Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat Application Foundations, Developer Hub, and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
Mission Impact
Accenture Federal Services, for its direct impact on modernizing a large Federal Health agency’s platform which improved IT infrastructure and Application services and has transformed how healthcare is being delivered.
Rising Star
Iron Bow, for its remarkable growth in delivering innovative solutions and leading a virtualization migration from VMWare to Red Hat on a high performance, small form factor, and proprietary hardware. This resulted in a streamlined tactical software suite, providing higher performance, higher reliability, and greater stability for the virtualized environments.
Value Accelerator
Emergent, for its ongoing commitment to developing co-created solutions that helps Red Hat customers standardize and modernize their operating systems which enables many customers to transition to a hybrid cloud environment.
Proven Success
Trilogy, for its demonstrated effectiveness in bringing together two typically siloed divisions to deliver automation at scale, collaboration across the organization and greatly reducing manual tasks.

Garret Goldstein is Red Hat's Vice President for North American Public Sector Partner Ecosystems. Garret is a business and technology executive who specializes in partner ecosystem strategies that help software companies grow revenue and deliver innovation to customers. Garret has 30 years of global IT market experience, across multiple industry verticals. His career has evolved from IT practitioner to IT delivery management to software sales and partnership development to business executive. Garret is experienced in building and leading teams to develop and grow partner ecosystems and partner go-to-market strategies, in both Public Sector and Commercial.
Prior to joining Red Hat, Garret spent 5 years building Appian’s US Public Sector partner ecosystem from the ground up. Prior to Appian, Garret was with CA Technologies for 12 years with a variety of roles, including a leadership position in professional services, selling directly to aerospace and defense companies, building and owning partnerships, and leading the North American Public Sector ecosystem business. Prior to CA Technologies, Garret worked across industries, including a global leadership position at France Telecom, large project and program delivery at Freddie Mac, Columbia Energy as well as a small Federal System Integrator. Finally, Garret started his career as a technologist working on data analytics and software development technologies.
